David Paul Bochnicka, 76, of Valparaiso passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at his home. He was born July 24, 1948, in Gary, Indiana to Paul & Mary (Cergizan) Bochnicka, graduated from Valparaiso High School and attended Indiana University. David made his career as a delivery driver for R.W. Pool Company maintaining their vending routes in Hobart and Lake Station for many years. Always a quiet person, David enjoyed keeping his own counsel and tending to his home and personal affairs.
Survivors include his sisters, Patricia (Edward) Kersten of Valparaiso & Donna (Chad) Lecki of Arizona, brother-in-law, Dan Massa of Valparaiso and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Janet Bochnicka & Diane Massa.
Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory a private family celebration of David’s life will be held.
