Lorna Leona McCoy, 82, of Hanna passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2026. She was born April 13, 1944, to Louie & Leona (Werner) Sacks and graduated from Hanna High School in 1962. Lorna made her career as a Data Processor with McGill’s Manufacturing in Valparaiso for many years. She loved caring for her home, yard and flowers, always keeping every detail neat and tidy.
Survivors include her sister, Elaine Shurte of Wanatah, and numerous loving nieces, nephews & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings: Ellen Kellems, Wallace Sacks & Bernice Lung.
A committal service will be held Friday, August 21st, 3:00 pm at Hanna Cemetery.
