Tina Lynn Shaw, 55 of Portage, IN, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026. She was born February 10, 1971, in Valparaiso, IN, to Herbert and Linda (Bell) Shaw. Tina graduated from Wheeler High School in 1989. She was a member of the American Legion Post 502 in South Haven, and a Legion Rider. Tina loved riding motorcycles, solving puzzles, relaxing in the hot tub, and spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She will be remembered as a strong-willed woman who loved her family more than anything. Tina will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Tina is survived by her fiancée, Brian Johnson; mother, Linda (Charles) Kollar of Valparaiso; children: Amanda (Arnold) Taylor of Valparaiso, Zach (Kayla) Wallace of Russellville, Arkansas, and Breanne (Andrew Collins) Johnson of Hobart; grandchildren: Angel, Cheyenne, Zayden, Cameron, Riley, Wyatt, and Emma; and brother, Tony (Linda) Shaw of Chesterton. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Shaw.
To honor Tina, there will be a celebration of her life at the American Legion Post 502, with a motorcycle ride to follow in July.
