James A. Rue, IV, 77, of Valparaiso passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023. He was born June 22, 1946 in Monongahela, Pennsylvania to James A. & Pauline Rue, III, and served proudly with the U.S. Navy. Jim made his career with McGill’s Manufacturing Electrical Division for 27 years, retiring from their Maintenance Department.
He married Lois Eaton (nee Rogers) who preceded him in death on October 20, 2023. Survivors include sons; James A. (Tracy) Rue, V, & William “J.R.” (Sue) Eaton both of Valparaiso, grandchildren; Erienne, Cassandra & Collin, and siblings, Megan & Tim. He was also preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Deborah M. Madrid in 2008, and brother, Shawn Rue.
Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory a private burial ceremony will take place at Angelcrest Cemetery.
