Dan and I both hired into NIPSCO on the same day. We went through interviews, physicals, and orientation together and started in the same department and location. We have remained friends ever since. We enjoyed getting together playing cards and going out for dinner. Our kids grew up together and attended each others events. Dan will be sorely missed! -Darick and Sue Stewart

Sherri , Mandy, Justin, Brandon We are Deeply Sadden at your loss. I loved Dan as a friend and co-worker. We spent many hours together at NIPSCO's FGD plant near Wheatfield. He was a leader and always looking to make operations better by use of his mechanical abilities and mental aptitude. We all had one great trip together with the Bakers. What a great time we had traveling by train to and from Colorado for a week of skiing one Christmas vacation. I am praying God blesses and comforts you to soothe your grief knowing Dan is with the Lord. -David, Lois Carver, Cara (Carver) Olson, & Joshua Carver
