Risa A. Fadell, 64, of Chesterton passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024. She was born February 22, 1960, in Clinton, IN to Ronald & Carolyn “Sue” (Hawkins) Natalie and graduated from Portage High School in 1977. Risa made her career in the food service and manufacturing industries which included Task Force Tips. Risa enjoyed antiquing, cooking and watching cooking shows, cheering on her beloved Chicago Bears, getaway trips to St. Joseph, Michigan, camping, any type of fresh flowers, being a very thoughtful gift giver, and each and every one of her grandkid’s events (but especially the Trojan Guard).
Survivors include her children; Rob (Jamie) Fadell of Valparaiso & Jennifer Fadell (Bill Hilton) of Westville, siblings; Russ Natalie (Teri McCormick), Rhonda (Mark) Forney & Rose (Jim) Budd, grandchildren: Anthony Langley, Thomas Fadell & Ian Fadell, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held Saturday, May 18th from 1 – 3 pm at Moeller Funeral Home, Valparaiso with memorial service beginning at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the VNA Hospice of NWI.
