Roe and I went to high school together. He was shy, quiet, and kind. Every once in awhile he’d act silly and I was there for it. Roe was a great guy! What a bright light gone too soon. May his wife and children find peace somewhere throughout the chaos- the entire family is in my prayers. Rest easy, my old friend. -Brittany (Bilen) Evans
