Always thought Leona was the model for the gracious woman described in proverbs. We loved seeing her and Merle at the Valpo church when we visited. Our love and sympathy to each of you. You had a very special mother. -Bob and Mary Honegger
You had a lovely mother. When I was administrator at Parkview I learned to know and appreciate Leona. She lovingly cared for her parents while there. Also we often crossed paths at church events and she was capable, calm, and sincerely dedicated to the Lord. She was one of the Christians who marched beside others and me toward her heavenly home. I also loved and appreciated her husband, your father, Br. Merle. May God comfort you. -Steve Stoller
