Blake Saffran, 35, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on September 5, 2025. The wonderful, vibrant person we knew and loved will continue to live in our hearts, despite this tremendous loss. His fiery red hair, infectious smile and boisterous laugh will never be forgotten. He will be missed beyond measure.
We will forever remember Blake's kind heart, sense of humor and love of animals, especially cats. He was a car enthusiast. This passion became his profession. He spent more than a decade as a mechanic, helping drivers keep their beloved vehicles on the road.
Private services were held. To honor Blake donations can be made to the Fried's Cat Shelter in Michigan City, IN. Or, if you have it in your heart and budget, adopt a cat in his memory.
