Judith Marie Johnson, 85 of Kouts, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025. She was born on May 3, 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Delbert and Helen (Patterson) Clifft. Judith attended Tolleston High School in Gary, Indiana. She loved her dogs and cared for all animals. The holidays were Judith’s favorite, as she loved to host and cook for friends and family. Her family was the most important part of her life. Judith will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
On September 24, 1960, Judith married Audrey Ray Johnson who preceded her in death on April 25, 2021. She is survived by her children, Kimberly Kackos, Vincent (Maureen) Johnson, and Cheryl (Mike) Handley; son-in-law, Joseph Kackos; grandchildren, Chad Kackos, Brandis (Erivelton) Campos, Joshua (Aerielle) Kackos, and Kevin (Jessica) Kackos, Allison Hayes, Brittany (Andy) Austin and Drexton Selman; 24 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Nathan Kackos; granddaughter, Amber Hayes; and brothers, Kent and Michael Clifft.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso, with a Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 PM and burial to follow at Graceland Cemetery, Kouts.
