Lori Jo Kaiser, 55, of Lowell, Indiana, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026. She was born on September 8, 1970, in Gary, Indiana to Lee and Marie (Jurs) Kaiser. Lori graduated from Lowell High School in 1989, and has made her career with Walmart in Valparaiso for 21 years as a cashier and team leader. Lori enjoyed going to concerts, and taking her nephews to the fair. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality and lively spirit. Lori will be dearly missed.
Lori is survived by her father, Lee Kaiser of Lowell; sister, Amy Cox of Valparaiso; nephews: Kyle Kaiser, Austin Cox, and Jacob Cox; stepfather, Jim Mink; and stepsiblings: Chris Mink, Robin (Kevin) Perrotta, and Allen Mink. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Mink.
A celebration of Lori’s life will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Indian Trail Grange Rental Hall, 109 181st Ave., Lowell, IN. Please bring a dish to share with everyone. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
