Andrew R. “Andy” Rossi, 57, of Valparaiso passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 16, 2023. He was born July 24, 1965, in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, graduated from Valparaiso High School, served proudly with the U.S. Coast Guard, attended ITT, Ivy Tech, and Indiana State University, and received his real estate broker training with McColley Real Estate. Andy made his career for over 30 years as a General Contractor in Valparaiso as Banner Homes.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Elizabeth Rossi of Hobart, his mother, Peggy Rossi Knapp of Valparaiso, sister, Jacky Bosse of Valparaiso, brother, Gregory Knapp of Georgia, special nephew, Jonathan (Maddie) Bosse & family: Mila, Elliott & Baylah, and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his two step-fathers: Gregory Rossi & Richard Knapp.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 22nd, 2:00 pm at Valley Baptist Church, 255 Rigg Rd., Valparaiso.
