Betty Siegesmund, Born May 3, 1931 to Iva (Vergine) & Arthur Stonecipher, Betty Hunsley Siegesmund was the oldest of three girls, growing up on a farm in LaCrosse, Indiana. She passed peacefully on June 25, 2022 at Rittenhouse in Valparaiso after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. After being a farm wife for 25 years, Betty got into real estate, which she was involved with for 30 years. She was a people person, and her real estate career fit her personality. Always the business person, Betty always liked to dot her i’s and cross her t’s. She is survived by three children, Steven (Denise) Hunsley, Susan (Jerry) Bailey, and Brian (Colleen) Hunsley, 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Shirley Stonecipher. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Beverly Lippelt.
At Betty’s request there will be no service. She will be laid to rest in her hometown at Oak Grove Cemetery, LaCrosse, Indiana.
