Camille H. Klaub, 73 of Valparaiso, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024.  She was born October 24, 1950 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Joseph P. and Mary (Medovitch) Klaub.  Camille was preceded in death by her parents and older brother, Kenneth.  She is survived by her sister, Rosemary (Thomas) Mroz; nephews, Thomas (Natalie) Mroz, Jr. and Joseph (Leigha) Mroz; great nephews and nieces, Evan, Garrett, Grace, Regan, Avery, and Mac Joseph and Riley, Cooper, Samuel, and Lucas; and dear friend, Randy Davis.
Camille graduated from Kouts High School in 1968 and Don Roberts Beauty School.  She spent much of her working life in Home Health Care, helping others.  She found much pleasure in traveling, especially  to National Parks and other attractions. Camille enjoyed crafting, needle work, one stroke painting, reading, and was an avid Cubs fan.  She was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Kouts, where she was a member of the Women’s Altar and Rosary Society.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Kosanke Funeral Home 309 S. Main St., Kouts with a Funeral Mass immediately following at St. Mary Catholic Church, 402 E. Indiana Ave., Kouts.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, IL.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to St. Mary Catholic Church or VNA Hospice of NWI.
