Diane, Dawn, Donalda, and Doug: My deepest sympathies to you on the passing of your mom. It has been nearly 50 years since I last encountered you kids but I have thought of you fondly through the years. Donalda was my "bus buddy" on Otto Benes' bus; Diane was so grown up for such a young girl (comes with being the oldest, right?), and Dawn was the most loving, compassionate, and forgiving person my teenage self had met. Doug, sorry, but you were pretty small back in those days, but clearly the entire family doted on you. Your mother was so proud of each of you! Cherish that always. -Nancy (Lee) Korty
