Connie B. Sharp, 80, of Wanatah passed away Monday, February 28, 2022. She was born October 28, 1941 in Harriman, Tennessee to Hobart & Blanche (Scarborough) Barnett and graduated From Harriman High School. Connie made her career with U.S. Steel Garyworks for 35 years, beginning as an overhead crane operator and concluding as a purchasing agent.
On May 25, 1983 she married William Sharp who preceded her in death in 2009. Survivors include her son, Dan (Alicia) Barnett of Rockwood, TN, sister, Geraldine (O.L.) Sharp, grandchildren, Debbie, Robert “Bub”, Leighann, Mike Justin & Josh, great-grandchildren, Destiny, Nicholas, Dawson, Jackson & Jake, and her nephew, Ray Sharp. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Dora Myers and her son, Michael Sexton.
Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory a private family celebration of her life will be held.
