Cynthia Fadely, 69 of Portage, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022. She was born January 19, 1953, in Arnold, PA to Joseph and Eileen (Frum) Pelczarski. Cindy graduated from Valley High School in New Kensington, PA. She loved watching the birds and squirrels in her yard and made sure their feeders were always full. Cindy also enjoyed shopping, eating out, and going to concerts with her husband. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed.
On May 7, 1975, in Portage, Cindy married Dave Fadely, who survives, along with their sons: David (Stacy) Fadely and Joe (Sarah) Fadely, all of Portage; grandchildren: Devin, Ryan, Brody, Zoey, and Chloe; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Moeller Funeral Home, 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso, with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
