Larry D. Sheets, III, 57, of Knox passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. He was born April 4, 1964 to Larry & Betty (Orenick) Sheets, Jr., graduated from Morgan Township High School in 1982 and received an Associate’s degree from Northwest Business College. Larry made his career as truck driver but would always have preferred to be traveling the roadways in one of his beloved Volkswagens. When not on the road he enjoyed finding a favorite fishing spot or kicking back with some classic vinyl rock music.
On January 15, 1990 he married the love of his life, Kim Lute who survives along with their children, Alexis (Mike) Small & Larry Sheets, IV all of Knox, sister, Lisa Sheets Dunfee of Knox, grandchildren, Silas & Summer, and his mother-in-law, Janice Semrau of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Walter Lute.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 22nd from 1 – 3 pm at Wanatah Funeral Chapel with funeral service beginning at 3:00 pm and cremation to follow.
