LuAnn Fox, 66, of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 11, 2022. She was born July 16, 1956 in Auburn, New York to Tony & Joan (Matthews) Penner. LuAnn began her career as an Inspector with the Anderson Company in Valparaiso before realizing her true calling as a caregiver. Her natural talents in this field endeared her to the numerous clients lucky enough to have encountered her over the years. At home LuAnn enjoyed taking care of her cockatiels, watching comedy movies, and immersing herself in every season of “The Sopranos”, and “Yellowstone”. Traveling with Gerald, especially back to New York, brought a special joy to her life as they frequented museums, parks and the occasional casino.
On October 22, 1988 she married Gerald R. Fox who survives along with many loving cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory a private family celebration of her life will be observed.
