Lynn Therese Horst, our Littlest Angel, born September 25, 1958, was joyously welcomed into the arms of her Savior and Lord December 25, 2023. Daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and true friend to all, she brought love, laughter, and a wonderful sense of humor wherever her journeys took her. Lynn was a committed student and, at an early age, attended Indiana University Bloomington Charter School for Special Needs Children. She also attended Indianapolis School for the Deaf. She enjoyed teaching sign language to anyone willing to learn. Lynn was an accomplished athlete, competing in and winning numerous categories in Special Olympics. She loved all creatures, great and small. However, her greatest passion was cats of every kind. Lynn was an artist, experienced in many medium.
Preceded in death by her parents, Annette (Eagle) Horst and Robert Horst. Surviving are brothers and sisters – Michael and Cindy Horst, Grand Junction, CO, Velora Robinson, Indianapolis, IN, Mark and Mary Horst, Noblesville, IN, Lucie Whitlow, Elkhart, IN, and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
Rite of Burial Mass to be offered at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Wanatah, IN, 10:30 am Tuesday, January 2, 2024; burial At Sacred Heart Cemetery.
