Norma Ann Lucille Granath, 83 of Valparaiso, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025.  She was born on January 19, 1942 in Chicago, IL to the late, Chester V. and Chireen Ellen (Bengston) Mann.  Norma owned and operated Ro-Ann’s House of Beauty, that she established in 1974 in West Chester, IL.  She was an avid golfer, a Bears fan, and loved to host parties at her home.  Norma was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and enjoyed wintering in Naples, Florida, where she was a member of the women’s golf league.

On July 20, 1968, Norma married Donald R. Granath who preceded her in death in 2017.  She is survived by her sons, Forrest (Aleksey Alekseev) Glauner, Bruce Granath, and Mark (Doug Yager) Granath; grandchildren, Doug (Krista Naulty) Granath, Joe (Jessica Arredondo) Granath, Grant Granath, Thomas Camery, and Christy Camery; great grandchildren, Juliet, Jonathan, Max, and Carter; siblings, Barbara (David) Jonas, Patty Eliou, and Bob Mann; and many nieces and nephews.  Norma was also preceded in death by her son, Walter “Skip” Granath, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research.
