Pamela Ann Liss, 65 of Valparaiso, Indiana, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, under the compassionate care of Gabriel’s Home for the Elderly and VNA Hospice. She was born August 18, 1958, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, to the late Dr. Emmanuel C. Liss and Helen (Polster) Liss. Pamela loved being part of the Opportunity Enterprises community and touched many lives with her spirited personality and love for hugs.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Moeller Funeral Home, 104 Roosevelt Road, Valparaiso, Indiana, with a memorial service beginning at 6:00 p.m., officiated by Chaplain Ben Polhemus. I knew Pam as her work activities teacher in 1978-79 at the then-Porter County ARC, now Opportunity Enterprises. She was a great student and a lovely, funny, robust young lady.
