Pamela Sue Thomas, 75 of Valparaiso, passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2025. She was born October 30, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Wylie Sewell and Sudie (Hughes) Green. Pamela retired after 21 years of driving bus for Merrillville Community Schools. When her children were younger, she enjoyed coaching softball and running them to all their sporting events. Pamela enjoyed drawing, painting and crocheting. She will be remembered for her strong faith in God and how she shared her faith with her family and friends.
On December 2, 1968 Pamela married Ronald E. Thomas who survives along with their children, Ronald (Eve) Carr, Jodi (Dennis) Neely, Cynitha James, Michelle (James) Joseforsky, and Ronald Thomas; 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and her siblings, Stephen (Sandy) Green, Steve (Diane) Green, Judy Doyle, and Michael Sewell. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jeffery Green.
A Visitation will be held Friday, March 21, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso, with a Funeral Service beginning at 4:00 PM.
