Pamela Wesolowski, 77 of Valparaiso, passed away Monday, August 26, 2024. She was born October 22, 1946, in Hammond, IN to the late Joseph and Elinor (Kozlowski) Ostapchuk. Pam was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who delighted in spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She especially enjoyed cooking for her family and taking them on trips to the beach. Pam will be remembered for her positive and bubbly personality, and her selfless nature. Pam will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew her.
On May 1, 1965, in Hammond, IN, Pam married the love of her life, Clemens “Wes” Wesolowski, who survives, along with children: Denise (Pete) Amanatidis of Schererville, Diane (Fred) Behrens of Crown Point, Dawn Decanter of Hobart, Deena (Gary) Grimler of Crown Point, Derek (Elizabeth) Wesolowski of Nolensville, TN, and David Wesolowski of Northville, MI; grandchildren: Stavros Amanatidis, Anastasia Amanatidis, Megan (Max) Laughlin, Lauren Behrens, Kaitlin (Michael Poulos) Behrens, Nathan Behrens, Miranda Decanter, Wyatt Decanter, Ethan Decanter, Sarah Grimler, Samuel Grimler, Sawyer Grimler, Simon Grimler, Scott Grimler, Summer Grimler, Sullivan Grimler, Sheri Grimler, Olivia Wesolowski, and Grant Wesolowski; siblings: Joseph Ostapchuk and Charlene (Rich) Opiola; and twin sister, Pat Rotheker. She was preceded in death by her sister, Camille Engle.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Moeller Funeral Home, 104 Roosevelt Road, Valparaiso, with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
