Patricia Jean Sears, 82 of Valparaiso, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025. She was born July 18, 1942 in Valparaiso to the late Cleo Ray and Jeanette Axe (Inman) Switzer. Patricia worked for many years as a beautician while living in Mishawaka. She enjoyed collecting antiques and painting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
On May 16, 1959 in Delphi, Patricia married Victor Alan Sears who preceded her in death in 2004. She is survived by her son, Gary Sears of Valparaiso and daughter, Vicki Davis of Mishawaka; grandchildren, Amber and Ron Davis; great grandchildren, Victor, Chris, Ryleigh, and Alex; great-great grandchildren, Abella, Amari, and Taliyah; sister, Linda Crowley; nieces, Cindy Crowley and Tracy Sears; nephews, Michael Crowley and Wayne Sears, Jr.; and many extended family members. She was also preceded in death by her great granddaughter, Tattiana; great-great grandson, Josiah; and brother-in-law, Wayne Sears, Sr.
Cremation will take place at Angelcrest Crematory, Valparaiso with no services at this time.
