Patrick Dallas Riley, 32 of Valparaiso, IN, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025. He was born June 9, 1993, in Houston, TX to Mark and Laura (Brown) Riley. Patrick attended West Central High School in Francesville, IN, where he played on the football team. Riding 4-wheelers and going fishing brought Patrick immense enjoyment. He will be remembered as a loving teddy bear with a charming personality. Though an accident left Patrick partially paralyzed at the age of 19, he lived with great strength and determination. Patrick is free now in his Heavenly body and more alive than ever. Though we will miss him, we know we will see him again in Heaven someday.
Patrick is survived by his mother, Laura Riley; sister, Rachel (Alex) Cain; grandma, Carol Minich; aunt, Becky (Keith) Dortch; and cousins: Jessica Dortch and Morgan Dorch. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Wayne Riley in 2023.
A private celebration of Patrick’s life was held by his family.
