Ramona (Diehl) Krueger, 72 of Valparaiso, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023. She was born March 15, 1951, in Hammond, IN to the late Raymond and Gunda Diehl. Ramona graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Special Education and went on to teach for the Porter County Interlocal.
Ramona is survived by her husband, Richard; son, Brian (Jennifer); granddaughter, Aria; and sister, Janet Miller.
Private services will be held at Christ Lutheran Church in Valparaiso. In lieu of flowers, Ramona requests you honor her memory through donations to Christ Lutheran Church or VNA Hospice of NWI.

Ramona was one of the first to start greeting me each Sunday when I started attending Christ Lutheran. She was very friendly and outgoing and would always have my seat "reserved " for me when I came in each Sunday. I was so sorry to hear of her passing. -Scott Schnabel
