Rebecca Anne Mills-Wallace, 61 of Valparaiso passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023. She was born September 22, 1961 in Valparaiso to Donald W. and Mary M. (Stefinich) Mills I. A loving, caring, devoted, and selfless woman, Rebecca was a very spiritual person who loved God, and attended St. Andrew Anglican Church in Merrillville. She loved helping and caring for family, friends, neighbors, and was the most loyal friend you could find. Rebecca loved the outdoors and animals, and she had her fun side enjoying riding motorcycles, hard rock concerts, and even hustled pool games in her younger years.
Rebecca is survived by her children, Michael (Jessica) Osby, Kyle Osby, and Angela (Paul) Wallace; granddaughter, Ava Serenity Osby; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Donald W. Mills II and George Mills.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 2:00-6:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso, with a Funeral Service beginning at 6:00 PM. Cremation will follow with a private family burial of ashes at Memorial Park Cemetery, Valparaiso. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
