Ryan J. Miller, 44 of Crown Point, passed away suddenly, Sunday, July 30, 2023. He was born April 28, 1979 in Crown Point, IN the son of Jeffrey and Denise (Seelie) Miller. Ryan graduated from Wheeler High School in 1997 and worked as a forklift driver. An avid sports fan, he cheered for the Bears and White Sox, and enjoyed playing golf. Ryan also found enjoyment in cooking and was known to be a grill master.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Denise Miller; brothers, Adam (Ruth) Miller, Steve (Christine) Miller, Chris (Anne) Miller, and Jeff (Julie) Miller; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey; grandparents, John and Elaine Miller and John and Betty Seelie; and Lynda Seelie.
A Memorial Gathering will be held August 25, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso.

Hello Ryan, Its Christine, your sister in law, Ryan i think about you each and everyday. You were so funny and charming and just a kind person. I keep remembering the time you made fun of my Sugarhill Gang album, it was just so funny, the way you said " The Sugarhill Gang!?" I love that album Haha!! And how you always teased me for being so quiet all the time, and made fun of my Texas accent slipping out , I can't help saying Fixin' once in awhile, it just comes out, oh,my brother, "bro" I miss you and love you so much, I know you're up in heaven with Your Dad, wonderful Jeff, along with other wonderful people we've lost, Ian and Brain and my My dad, Jim are up there with you, my family loved you so much, Ryan rest in peace and know you were so loved, and your Mom Denise, and Adam and Ruth, and your niece and nephew, they love and miss so very much.
