Shirley Ann Biagi, 74 of Valparaiso, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023. She was born May 10, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Albert and Beulah (Jones) Biagi, Sr. Shirley was a member of Liberty Bible Church, Chesterton. A frequent flyer of garage sales, she also enjoyed writing and doll collecting. Never having children of her own, her nieces and nephews were always treated as if they were her children.
Shirley is survived by her step-mother, Leona Biagi; brothers, Harry Biagi and Lawrence (Kathy) Biagi; sister-in-law, Alice Biagi; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Biagi, Sr.; brother, Albert Biagi, Jr., and sister, Marita (Tom) Marconi.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, with cremation at Angelcrest Crematory, Valparaiso. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Porter County Animal Shelter.
