Sylina “Lina” R. Kuchta, 28 of Wheatfield, IN passed away suddenly on October 3, 2024 in Rensselaer, IN. She was born on April 27, 1996 in Munster, IN and graduated from Valparaiso High School. Nothing brought Sylina more joy than being a mother to her two daughters. She loved being out in nature, which included many pictures and walks on trails. She had a vibrant personality and brought smiles and laughter everywhere she went. Sylina had a love for music, especially rap and artists such as Doja Cat. Above all, her big heart, strength, and determination will continue to be admired and not soon forgotten by all the loved ones she leaves behind.
Sylina is survived by her daughters, Maicy and Millie; siblings: Ashley (Maggie Araque) Kuchta, Zach (Katie) Kuchta, Nathan (Trisha) Kuchta, Starr Kuchta, and Lucas Kuchta; mother, Tina Kuchta; grandmother, Sandra Kuchta; beloved partner, Quinnton Bulthuis and his family; and many loving extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jim Kuchta; little brother, Levi Kuchta; and Quinnton’s mamaw.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 10:00 AM – Noon at Moeller Funeral Home, 104 Roosevelt Rd., Valparaiso, with a service beginning at noon. Burial to follow at Angelcrest Cemetery.
