To our neighbors who seem like extended family, Barb, Sam and family… Casey and I would like to extend our deepest condolences and prayers for all of you during this most difficult time. We are so saddened to hear of Tom’s passing, and it just goes to show that you just never know each time you see or talk to someone when that could be the last time. My last time seeing Tom was we drove past him in the driveway as he smiled at us getting a rain coat out of his car and we will remember him sitting with you Barb on our swing at Casey’s 7th birthday party. He was always kind to us and we will miss him very much. He was a wonderful neighbor. We are wrapping our arms around you and holding you up in prayer, please reach out if you need anything at all. All our love and prayers, -Amy and Casey ( your neighbors )

Ken, we’re thinking of you and your family during this difficult time and are so sorry for your loss. -Phillip & Tenley Scott

I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Tommy at Valpo for many years on several committees. I was salaried and in IT so our day to day jobs barely overlapped but he was always one of my favorite people to see around campus. Rain, Wind, or Snow you would be greeted by a smile. He always wanted the best for his co-workers and wasn't afraid to share his thoughts on how to improve things. -Matt Smith

So very sorry I just found out. I know he is happier now in his favorite place. Until we all meet again much love to all! -Myrtle Zehner
