William G. Masters, 93, a lifetime resident of Valparaiso, IN, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025. He was born April 5, 1932, to the late William G. Masters and Garnet (Henderson) Masters. Bill graduated Valparaiso High School and attended Indiana University NW. He served in the United States Marine Corps in Korea during the Korean War. Bill was a Field Forces Pipefitter with Inland Steel for over 30 years. He enjoyed golfing, gardening, and mowing. Bill loved his family, and was especially fond of babies and animals. He will be remembered as a loving family man. Bill will be dearly missed.
On November 11, 1961, in downtown Valparaiso, Bill married the love of his life, Wendy (Minniear) Masters, who survives, along with children: Kim (Bill) Balgeman, SoonJa (Paul Stann) Masters-Stann, and Beth (Daniel) Bejnarowicz; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Tom Masters, and Sheila West Clements. He was preceded in death by his son, Mike Masters; and brother, Jimmy Masters.
Per Bill’s wishes, no services will be held.

To Wendy & the family I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I got to know him over the course of the last 15 years helping Wendy with her computer.
