William Vincent Henry III, 72 of Valparaiso, passed away suddenly on May 21, 2026.  He was born on July 15, 1953 in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania to the late, William V. and Eleanor M. (Johns) Henry II.  Bill worked as a cook for various restaurants in Valparaiso and was also known to be a handyman.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren, especially his granddaughter, Lilly.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Kimberly (Ulozas) Henry in 2020.  He is survived by his children, Tonya (Kyle) Lippens and Chad Henry; grandchildren, Marcus and Quentin Lippens and Lilly Henry; brother, Harold (Sure) Henry; former wife, Marianne Struble; and his loving dog, Coco.

Cremation will take place at Angelcrest Crematory, and no services will be held at this time.
