Reflecting on our time at Naval Hospital Corpsman School brings back so many fond memories, especially our drive to Fort Sam Houston. That journey was filled with laughter and camaraderie, and it was during those hours on the road that I truly appreciated your infectious spirit. You had a way of making every moment enjoyable, turning a simple trip into a cherished memory. Our shared experiences during those formative days laid the groundwork for a friendship I valued deeply. After our time in school, I remember how hard I tried to reconnect with you. I was relieved to finally get a chance to speak with you right before the hurricane hit the Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, after that, I struggled to find you again. It was a heart-wrenching realization when I learned of your passing; my heart sank knowing that I had lost such an old friend. Your spirit and kindness will forever resonate in my heart. You touched so many lives, and your legacy lives on in the memories we shared and the lives you impacted. Thank you for the laughter, the support, and the friendship that meant so much to me. You will always be missed, Brian, but never forgotten. -Tom Girardin
