Very sorry for don’s passing but I had a great privilege of knowing him and char char when growing up! Never will I forget his laughter after dad telling a dumb joke! It was always good to see a familiar face pouring concrete all the way up at locations in east Chicago, not sure if he was being out of porter county. God bless all that knew him. -Chris Birky

Char -I’m so sorry to hear about Don’s passing. I’ll never forget meeting you both and all the fun we had on Brian’s campaigns. No matter is what had to be done we always had fun. After seeing you Sunday at Oak Grove I could see how Don was suffering. He is pain free now watching over you and your family. You both have been great friends who’s friendship Rusty and I both cherished. Love you Char, -Sue Franzman
